Sizing matters more than it looks. Match the gauge and the inner diameter to the jewellery you already wear in that piercing, and if you are between two sizes go with the smaller one for a healed piercing and the larger one while it is still settling. A clicker opens on one hinge, so it goes in without disturbing other jewellery. Compare the inner diameter against the septum ring you already wear, because a snug fit sits straighter than a loose one.

Titanium is light, does not tarnish with daily wear and is the usual choice for sensitive skin. Rinse with warm water and mild soap, dry fully before reinserting, and avoid alcohol or chlorine on healed piercings.
